I am trying to configure a JIRA plugin with Jenkins, but I am getting an error

I am trying to connect to the installation of my JIRA studio, which is http: // [company] .jira.com, and I know that this URL is correct, since I have several projects that use it successfully. Is there some kind of setting that I have to enable in JIRA studio for this?
