TinyMCE Moxie Player Media Splash Image?

Is there a way to get the moxie player, which is packed with TinyMCE, to display a splash when you embed a video through the WYSIWYG tool? I was Googling and played with him for a while without success at the moment. I use TinyMCE 3.4.2 in production and tried 3.4.3 in development, but it does not work correctly. Honestly, I'm not even sure what the actual options are for this player, since the documentation on legal flashvars seems to be missing. From what I can say, the “poster” parameter should be what I need, but having established that when I embed a video object, it seems to do nothing. The only official documentation I've found so far: http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/wiki.php/Plugin:media, and it just gives general parameters for transferring to TinyMCE for the media plug-in itself, and not how to actually use the player.

Here is what I am installing in the params flashvars tag now

<param name="flashvars" value="url=http%3A//url/to/some.flv&amp;poster=http%3A//url/to/some.jpg" />

Any ideas? I would prefer to continue to use the TinyMCE implementation in the warehouse, if at all possible, and this player, together with the WYSIWYG tool, would otherwise do a great job for my company.

You cannot do this with the current version of moxieplayer.

swfdump (from the Flex SDK) on moxiplayer.swf does not display a link to the poster parameter, only the URL.
