What tools do you use for coding efficiency and overall efficiency

Question

I rarely deal with coding and use Visual Studio 2010 and SQL 2008 for the most part. I use resharper, which is great, but I also found Launchy and StrokeIt, which are great free programs.

Are there other programs that people could recommend that are helpful? This may not be the right way to post this, but I did not know where to ask it.

You can try Resharper. This is useful because it can find errors and indicate when code can be reorganized.
