How to list all the tasks of Rails 3 rake? rake -T seems incomplete

Possible duplicate:
Why is rake db: migrate: reset not specified in rake -T?

Inside a Rails application (3.1.3), I can run rake db:test:prepare . But when I run rake -T [db] , this task (and many others that I can use) does not appear.

How do I get a complete list of tasks or why is it incomplete in the first place?

eg. http://mindspill.net/computing/cross-platform-notes/ruby-on-rails/how-to-list-rake-tasks/ shows that the db: test: prepare task was specified for an older version of Rails when running rails -T .

I found in Why rake db: migrate: reset is not specified in rake -T? (thanks @Beerlington for the link) that rake -P lists all the tasks I was looking for.

In rake -T , only jobs with a set of descriptions will be displayed.

As for why not all tasks have descriptions .... which I do not know.
