Sending mass mail from Linux

In recent years, I have been working on a site that has grown significantly. Right now I have about 40 thousand emails in my database, and I plan to send emails to those people who receive subqueries for some feeds. The idea is to be able to send letters to everyone who has signed up.

Right now I am trying with phplist to read emails and send them, but I find that they have so much time to send all emails.

  • First of all, I would like to know if there is any web list there where I have to sign my domain to gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc. knew that I was not spam, m going to send "lots" of emails daily / weekly?

  • Another question: is there a better way to send emails in a short time? I was thinking about things like starting a cronjob that sends emails to people at the same time whose email starts with letters a, b, c, d, e, etc. So I can send emails in parallel, but I don’t know if it is a good idea. Another thing I came across is to create a linux user for each user and run a cronjob for each user, at the same time, which sends an email to the corresponding email address.

I do not know if this is so, therefore I offer any help or suggestions. Thank you very much!:)

PD: I would like to be able to send emails on average 30-40 minutes, and also do hotmail, gmail, yahoo, etc., so as not to classify me as spam. Right now I am using Amazon’s free EC2 account with a single AMI instance, but I can pay for any other service or additional instance I need to get the job done.
