Eclipse: Tracking all the files that I changed before checking?

When I changed a lot of files, I usually forget to check some of them, and this breaks the assembly. I tried to maintain lists, but it does not work. Is there any good plugin for Eclipse that tells me all the files that have been changed since my last check?

In general, you use Synchronize View. Command providers (Git, CVS) connect to it, and it will show you the delta between what is checked and what is dirty in your work area.

Use the window> Show View> Other ... to open the view or switch to the Team Synchronizing perspective.

EDIT: , EGit, Git Staging view. .
