I have an application that has a list of tags at the bottom of the window. This list grows over time and should scroll horizontally. That was good, but now in Lion they scroll automatically. If you use a mouse without horizontal scrolling, there is basically no way to scroll them now in Lion. What are the best methods to solve this problem? Do I need to get rid of scrollview and change it to "More" or something else?
If the user does not have an available device that supports touch scrolling (for example, touchpad, Magic Trackpad or Magic Mouse), the horizontal scroll bar will not be hidden by default. It is controlled by this option:
