Get TeamCity to create the last tag

Question

We would like to configure TeamCity to monitor our tag catalog and automatically build when creating a new tag.

This means that when we have a version ready for release, all we need to do is create a tag and TeamCity will be able to take care of our assembly, deployment, etc.

Currently, the only solution is to have a relase branch, which we then copy the tag after we created it. Ideally, we would like to remove this extra step.
