"Open folder in terminal" for Spotlight or Alfred

Is there any way in Spotlight to open a folder in a terminal window, either by providing the "Open in terminal" option in the search results, or (ideally) by holding down a key when selecting a result? In principle, just like holding a command will “Open containing a folder”, it is possible to make the hold parameter (or any other) “Open in the terminal”.

Alternatively, is there a way to configure Alfred to always open folder search results in the terminal? it could be even better, then I could use ctrl-space exclusively to open folders in the terminal and on the command line (Spotlight) for everything else.

The closest thing I can find for something like this is the cdto application, which adds the Open in Terminal button to the Finder. This is good, but the ability to do it directly from Spotlight or by pressing a key will be much more convenient.

This question is old, and you have undoubtedly found the answer at the moment; for completeness: the latest version of Alfred allows you to search / navigate the file system from Alfred and take action in the found folder or file. One of the actions of the folder is “Open Terminal Here,” which seems to be what you are asking for.
