What initial mistakes should I prepare for?

I have an application approaching the release date, but it occurred to me that wherever I have requests to save and / or retrieve the main data, I do not process errors, except to check whether they exist and @throw them, which, I am sure, will seem almost like nails on the board to more experienced programmers, and no doubt some disaster will happen there.

To be specific, what errors can I expect from A) Fetches and B) Saves, as well as C) in general terms, how can I deal with them?
