Eclipse project project for export

Question

I am trying to send an Android Eclipse project to another developer for review and change. What is the best way to do this? I thought this might have something to do with file / export, but I can't figure it out. The version of Eclipse that I am using is Helios Service Release 2, the build ID is 20110218-0911

I would just zip up the project folders and all the subfolders. Then your recipient can import this into their eclipse.
