Connect to IIS Express using Android Emulator

I use loopback 10.0.2.2 and connect to its running port, but it always returns "HTTP Error 400 - the request hostname is invalid"

Does anyone know how to connect to the IIS expressed in the Android emulator?

I just ran into this using IIS Express. At the moment, to get around this problem, I switched to using Visual Studio Development Server (Cassini).
