How to capture image from recorded project using * .camrec format

Question

I have a Camtasia project called aaa.camrec and you want to capture the image in the middle of the video. How can I do this with the highest possible source resolution?

Move the time slider to the frame you want to export,

Click File > Create Custom > Export Frame As ... or clickCTRL + F

Select the name and location where you want to save the file, and click " Save ."
