PHP Fatal Error: HttpRequest Class Not Found

Question

I was wondering how I can not get rid of this error. I have PHP 5.3 running on Windows Server.

In one of my files I need to do an HttpRequest. The problem is that I need a specific * .dll (pecl_http.dll) which I cannot find. Is there any other way to do this, or is there someone this * .dll for PHP 5.3?
