Replacing MS Access Forms

We have some very old data entry forms that were made in Access that link to our SQL Server database. Each form can have any number of subforms.

We would like to abandon the use of these access interfaces, but you do not have time to create a new application or web application to replace every form that we have.

Is there another parameter that will reference SQL Server and allow visual form design and automatic database binding?

Or, if this is too much, ask if you can think about how to facilitate manual coding of forms?
