Apple will abandon Mac OS application that uses IOKit infrastructure?

Will Apple give up on a Mac OS application that uses the IOKit framework to read something like CPU temperature?

I found an online link here http://developer.apple.com/library/mac/#documentation/Darwin/Reference/IOKit/index.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/TP30000815 , so it’s safe to use these list headers. correctly?

Your application will not be rejected because of use IOKit. In fact, I have an application in the Mac App store that uses IOKit, and it was approved without problems.
