I was looking for a C ++ compiler that is available and most conforms to the latest C ++ standard.
The latest VS2010 is good, but many say it still doesn't meet all C ++ standards.

GCC has pretty good C ++ 0x compliance, here is a list of the functions it supports
GCC and Clang are very good. Visual Studio (of any year) will require special cases for complex code, so it does not meet the standards.
