Replace parameter name on screen?

Question

When I define a parameter, for example:

 PARAMETER pa_date TYPE d DEFAULT sy-datum.

How do I change pa_date to something else when the application is running? I want to change it to something like "pick a date."

Any ideas?

The correct menu path is:

Goto (Alt-G) → Text Elements (T) → Highlight Texts (S)

After that, you can enter the text you want, or click "Dictionary". Check mark. In doing so, you will be better off choosing your report if you use the correct dictionary definition.

I think the menu path is the edit text-> text-> selection. There you will find the opportunity to change the text for the elements of the selection screen.
