JAXB location in file for unmarshalled objects

Question

I have some objects that are not sorted from a JAXB XML file. Is it possible that JAXB will tell me or somehow find out where in the XML file (row and column) each object comes from?

This information is available at some point because JAXB provides it during schema validation errors. But I would like it to be available for verified objects.

You can do this in JAXB using XMLStreamReaderand Unmarshaller.Listener:
