After viewing suspicious error messages in the log file

There is a message in my log file The session cookie data did not match what was expected. This could be a possible hacking attemptabout 5 times per second for 10 minutes. Obviously a bit of a hack. Should I worry about this and that I can double check to make sure that I am as safe as possible?

Using a database to store session information will protect you from people trying to manipulate their session data. You can also encrypt session data if for some reason you cannot / do not want to store the session in the database, or you can do both.
