Debug Android USB with PC Internet Connection

I have a Samsung Galaxy S phone.

I want to debug my application that requires an internet connection.

Is it possible to debug my application using an Android device using an internet connection via USB?

I can not use wifi.

Getting the Internet from your PC to your Android device is called a reverse connection. This is complicated because it is not a built-in function. Some solutions exist if your linux user:
