Javascript library for creating HTML calendar

Question

I would like to find a Javascript library that will generate calendars (monthly views) dynamically. Sort of

createCalendar(1, 2011)

to create a calendar for January 2011.

I also need to highlight specific days, so I will either need to specify this in the createCalendar method, or select specific days using CSS selectors.

I do not need a date picker. This is for display purposes only.
