Existing library for analyzing driver license information?

Is there an existing C # library that can be used to parse driver license information? I am looking for parsing data directly from a subwoofer, so its long line should be broken down into components. I know this is a big request, so I am not interested in checking the number or even the license identifier itself, I just want to analyze the first and last name. I am ultimately interested in all 50 states, but I would like to see AZ and CA first.

I have not conducted an exhaustive search, but I have little experience with this, and I believe that the answer is "No." Driver license formats vary by state and can change frequently. However, if you are only looking for a first and last name, it should be fairly easy to figure out by trial and error. Most DLs are not encrypted from what I saw. Just set up a card reader using Hyperterminal or something similar and look at the results of your card hits.

Change: Please see @Dan Tao's answer, as well as comments for information on driver license formats. There may even be a C # library for analyzing AAMVA-compatible license data (as far as I knew in 2011), this was an initial question, so I answered “No”.
