Rotate panel 90º

I have a panel in winform, and I need to rotate it 90 degrees when I click the button.

I am looking for this on google and other questions, but they have no answer ....

As far as I know, in WinForms there is no way to rotate the panel.

To rotate objects on a form, I always had to use WPF.
