Hibernate annotator interceptors

I am migrating the application from the hibernate xml configuration to annotations, I'm not sure how to adapt the BusinessObjectInterceptor class to the new annotation-based format.

We change the HibernateUtil class to create a SessionFactory

            InitialContext ctx      = new InitialContext();
        sessionFactory  = (SessionFactory)ctx.lookup("java:/hibernate/SessionFactory");

to create an EntityManagerFactory

            entityManagerFactory = Persistence.createEntityManagerFactory("primary");

We change the HibernateUtil class to use sessionFactory.openSession () to create a session from EntityManager

            //s = sessionFactory.openSession(new BusinessObjectInterceptor());
        EntityManager entityManager = entityManagerFactory.createEntityManager();
        s = entityManager.unwrap(Session.class);

The problem is that I'm not sure how to inject a BusinessObjectInterceptor into a new Hibernate session or the proper way to annotate my classes so that they can use Interceptor

I am trying to set Interceptor as a property in persistence.xml. I am not sure if this is correct.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<persistence version="2.0"
xmlns="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence"

xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
xsi:schemaLocation="
    http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence
    http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/persistence/persistence_2_0.xsd">
   <persistence-unit name="primary"><jta-data-source>java:jboss/datasources/MySqlDS</jta-data-source>

  <properties>
     <property name="hibernate.dialect" value="org.hibernate.dialect.MySQLDialect"/>
     <property name="hibernate.ejb.interceptor.session_scoped" value="com.mycompany.common.persistence.BusinessObjectInterceptor"/>
           </properties>

Our classes have been preconfigured using hbm.xml files

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<!DOCTYPE hibernate-mapping PUBLIC
