I have a service running in the background. But sometimes I find that logcat says "Planning to restart a crashed service." I just want to know what is the reason? I think there is no error for my code. And also I believe that the service does not actually restart. At least for the onStart () function does not work. So does anyone know what is the reason, and is there a way to prevent this? And if it does, what functions will be performed upon restart?
