Need help analyzing VarnishStat results

I am new to varnish. I have successfully installed it and now it works, but I need recommendations from more knowledgeable people about how the server works.

I read this article - http://kristianlyng.wordpress.com/2009/12/08/varnishstat-for-dummies/ , but I'm still not sure how much server performance is.

The server has been running since the last 9 hours. I understand that more content will be cached over time, so cache utilization will be better, but for now, my concern is with intermediate help on your part regarding server performance.
