Do any IP cameras comply with the UPnP Digital Security Camera profile?

I am trying to find an IP camera that allows me to control it through UPnP. The UPnP forum has a digital security camera profile:

However, I could not find an IP camera that implements this profile, which allows me to use a single method for managing various IP cameras. Most IP cameras seem to implement UPnP for detection purposes only, and the user needs to get the presentation URL for the device and then control the camera through the manufacturer’s web interface.

The list of certified UPnP forum products does not contain such devices, and the sites of most IP camera manufacturers are unclear as to which UPnP services they provide (unless it is explicitly stated that they support device confirmation).

Does anyone encounter any IP cameras that support the digital security camera profile and related services?
