Full text search ignoring comments

Question

I want a full-text search of my JavaScript code, but I'm usually not interested in matching comments.

How can I have a full-text search ignoring any commented match? This feature will increase my productivity as a programmer.

Also, how can I do the opposite: search only in comments?

(I use Text Mate, but I am happy to change it.)
