Play css3 conversion using jquery

Hi, can anyone show me ho to play this css3 effect using jquery using some delay / animation speed?

Here is something very close to what you are asking. I am sure you can customize it to your liking.

Here, how could I make a simple rotation (not taking into account the frame rate):
