I'm currently trying to install a ruby stone that fails because extconf says it needs libxml, so when I follow these libxml installation instructions (which includes these instructions for installing the ruby dev set) I get the following output :
$ gem install libxml-ruby

I am using a Windows 7 x64 installation using my minGW32-shell / git installation. Installation error with the same message from the command line with ruby extension.
