Is there a way to find the setup request number for this entry on the maintenance screen?

In ABAP, we can check the last layout request assigned to this code in the menu Utilities->Versions->Version Management.

Is there any similar function to check, which is a setup request for this entry on the maintenance screen (SM30)?

ps. of course, given that the transparent table for this record has an E or C delivery class that needs a customization request to allow the user to insert or delete a record.
