Google+ videos are stored as Picasa videos. They are served in such a way that it does not allow easy integration.
It’s easier for you to upload them to YouTube and embed them using the YouTube code.
If you must use the Google+ version, you cannot use the player code on your Google+ channel because the video stream URL expires in 11 hours.
I did this on my website, periodically getting the video feed for the video.
