How can I keep track of updates to individual CPAN modules?

Question

I subscribe to the CPAN weekly update mailing list, but it reports on every module updated last week.

Instead, I would like to subscribe to certain modules and receive only their updates. I want to "follow" this module to learn interesting corrections / improvements and to choose when I want to update.

The mailing list has too much information to go through.

How can I track / subscribe to specific CPAN module updates?
