Convert Delphi 32 to Delphi XE2 (64 bit)

I am looking at porting Delphi 2007 business applications to 64-bit using Delphi XE2. I would like to know if there are any recommendations that will help developers or companies that are considering migrating Delphi applications to the 64-bit version with Delphi XE2 there.

Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.
