Can I get the assets used in iOS built-in elements?

Can I get assets (PNG) used in some of the built-in iOS elements, such as a slider, switch, or stepper?

You can do this with the UIKit Artwork Extractor , which runs in iOS Simulator and creates a directory with files on your desktop.

You can get them using the jailbreak iPhone or using an application that allows you to access the iPhone file system from your Mac / PC, such as DiskAid.
