Getting error loading apk to market

Question

"An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later." This is the error I get when I try to download my signed apk .. As soon as I finished my application, I used the Export Signed Application tool to create the key. Why am I getting this error?

I found that only SIGNING OUT and back int fixed the problem for me. Using Firefox.
