Where to disable cross-network protection in Opera?

Q JS security issue with Opera 11.01, after switching from server A to B I found out that the opera has some kind of cross-network protection.

I ran into the same js security issue and found that Opera 11.10 ("Barracuda") added the preference to disable firewall protection. My Opera is 11.50, but I can’t find any specific preferences.

Do I understand the meaning of cross-network?

I believe opera: config # Network | AllowCrossNetworkNavigation is the right preference.
