Encrypt data between C #, ANDROID and IPHONE

I am developing an application for Windows (C #), Iphone, Android and Iphone that will connect to SOAP WebService, which store information in a database.

I am looking for a way to encrypt / decrypt information between these platforms. Is there a cross platform library?

As @Sascha says, AES is available on almost every platform. What you need to do is make sure that everything else on both platforms is the same:

• Same mode; use CBC or CTR mode.
