SSRS 2008: how to repeat on a new page one row of the table header

Question

I have a table with 3 header lines, and I need to repeat only the second row on the new page, the first and third are not needed on the pages except the first page. If I set the "RepeatOnNewPage" properties only on the second line, SSRS will show an error: "TablixMember should have the same value as the RepeatOnNewPage property, like those that follow or precede the dynamic TablixMember"

If I set this property in all (3) header lines - everything is fine, but I only need one :)

How to repeat only the second line on a new page?
