Location-based Augmented Reality Framework (Android, iOS) with 3D POI?

Am I looking for a location-based Augmented Reality platform with 3D POIs for Android, iOS, or the most suitable for both?

It should not be something like Wikitude or Layer, because the user should always download the application from Wikitude or Layer in order to use my own application. Correctly?

I would like to integrate it into my application. I found Mixare , but it doesn't seem to use 3D POI.

I found Layar Player . "The Layar Player is a tool that allows anyone to embed augmented reality layers directly into their own application." "Currently, Layar Player is only for iPhone, but the Android version will be available in the fourth quarter of this year." That sounds very good! :)
