Creating Delphi XE2 / FireMonkey Email

We are writing an application in Delphi XE2 / Firemonkey for iOS (to run on the iPad). We should be able to create email with an attachment from the application. We tried to use Indy components, but they do not work on iOS. In any case, can we do this in Delphi or do we need to resort to writing an application in Xcode?

There is a topic on the Embarcadero Delphi Firemonkey forum on this topic. In it, he proposed using the iOS MessageUI framework and references this SO question for an example.
