Is there C ++ Wrapper / Binding for SDL?

I really have no problem with SDL in C, but this is a bit tedious. Using structs that do things without classes or, even worse, you have to wrap functions in the class yourself, etc. I was wondering if there is a good, mature, well-designed (i.e. NO macro using templates and STL) wrapper (binding?) For SDL?

SDLmm is a C ++ wrapper for SDL. I'm not sure when this was the last update, but I can't vouch for the C ++ style that is used.
