Analysis of moods in other languages

My CSE Graduation Project I chose a search engine simulation that uses mood analysis to evaluate positive / negative / neutral comments / feedback.

I'm not sure how I would do it, but I realized that he uses the classifying agents that you train first, then he can classify on his own. the edge is small (about 60% I understand)

My question is, will it work in non-English? I mean, I want to analyze the moods in Arabic comments / reviews and generate the right feeling, can this be done with the current classifiers? and if not, I will need to write my own classifier, is it possible to write my own classifier?

You are confusing something here. What you call a “classifier” is correctly called a student. The student accepts a training set to create a classifier. This can be applied to invisible data to obtain positive / negative / neutral classifications.
