Dump_bt does not work when trying to analyze apache kernel dumps

Question

I am trying to use dump_bt to analyze the dump of the apache kernel as we get segmentation errors after moving the servers.

When I run dump_bt, I get the undefined command, the link I posted also contains the conflicting bt_dump command, so I'm not sure if this is correct. However, no one is working.
