How to enable iCloud sync for Core Data Database?

Question

I want my application to synchronize the SQLite Core data store between devices using iCloud. I now allow users to manually sync their SQLite files using Dropbox, but this is cumbersome for users. I want this to be automatic.

What is the best practice to achieve this functionality? Do you need any special training profiles?

I read somewhere that I need to configure a Core Data database to use UIManagedDocument, but I have not found anywhere that explains how to do this clearly. Any suggestions?
