Visual C # Express 2010 Import Project from Visual Studio

I am trying to load a project when installing Visual C # 2010 Express. The project was created by another member of the group using Visual Studio 2010. This is an incomplete project (without valid code). When I try to download it, I get a " Project type not supported by this installation " error, and the above SO solution did not help, because I don’t know, I know that Express has a command line deal. I tried this SO solution , but it didn't help me at all.

How can I upload a project?

PS There is no complex unit testing in the project. This is literally a stub in which there is no important code.

Edit: Here is the csproj file, as requested:

Is SP1 installed? The behavior of express editions, at least for me, seems to be better after SP1. So, you tried to open only the project file, not the solution? What type of project was originally used to create the stub code? This may be relevant for the express edition.
