IPhone: How do I display a generic button on my browser?

I want to put a button that should be displayed on my browser.

How we implement the tab bar. I want to implement buttons.

Where should I put this button? And where should I provide its functionality?

Create your button in the main window (i.e. UIWindow) and keep the front always after loading the image.
