I need to temporarily store images on iphone / ipad during a session. At the end of the session, I need to delete the data downloaded during the session. I want to protect data while in the iphone / ipad persistent storage.
I confirmed that iOS has hardware encryption, but this has recently been fixed, so I need encryption technology for reliable data. PGP was previously used by my company for full disk encryption, but I don’t know if I can use any API to programmatically encrypt / decrypt files.
