Can RFID readers read NFC tags?

Question

I bought NFC tags (stickers) last week with NFR reading / writing kits, I was able to write and read data using gototags software (still buy a phone with NFC). My question is here, can these NFC tags be read by an RFID reader? some studies have shown that both NFC and RFID use the same frequency range (13.5 MHz). We have an office access system through RFID, perhaps these NFC tags are replaced by RFID tags. Please inform.

We just did a dirty experiment, and it seems like you can do it.
We were able to use an RFID reader to read an NFC tag.

Keep in mind that this is some kind of "dirty" experiment, performed "as is" in a few minutes to see if this is possible.

We used an RFID reader capable of reading the ISO 14443-A standard , the reader is configured to read Mifare Ultralight.

Used NFC tag NFC NTAG203 Type 2 , with 137 bytes of usable memory.
